Ms Tara Ware - Assistant Principal

Since 2008, I've been a devoted educator, sharing knowledge in earth science, living environment, rap, art, and CREW advisory classes. Choosing a lifelong career in education, I've passionately delivered lessons across New York, Colorado, Georgia, even appearing on Fox News and Indivisible’s TV show.

Born in New York, my educational journey includes a Bachelor's degree from HWS, a Master's in Science Education from City College, and a Master's in Administration from the College of St. Rose. Beyond the classroom, as an avid tennis player, former PSAL coach, and Science Genius member, I emphasize the importance of student engagement for an inclusive school community.

In 2021, I proudly became the Assistant Principal at Explorations Academy High School. I firmly believe in the transformative power of education, seeing it as the key to success and crucial for preparing students for their future.
